Metro C519-CFC-4 Full-Size Uninsulated Holding/Proofing Cabinet- Clear Door 120V
This proofing cabinet is the best I have ever used. The construction is durable. There aren't many moving parts so not much can go wrong. This unit has been holding strong for almost three years. Great product!

I have looked in several places for an item like this. It works very nicely to divide shelves for a more organized area! I love using them for spices and dry goods like sugar and salt!

Metro 1248C 12" x 48" Erecta Chrome Wire Shelf
Metro shelving is super! I use one of these at home as an equipment rack. It has, conservatively, at least 300 pounds of equipment on it - and the uprights are farther apart as the unit I'm using is 18x60. Use the real Metro uprights and plastic links - I tried cheaping out with some phony uprights and one of the links slipped. But otherwise... Works great and wears great too!
