Very easy to clean and very light for our waitstaff to carry. The bowls look small, but actually hold two soup cups of food. We ordered the 5" plates to go under the bowls, and would go a little bigger if you like to tuck crackers on the side.

Though we own a pan in each of the colors offered here, I have always liked this color. It seems to adds a rustic touch to our bread making. This is not only a cool color is also makes a great loaf of bread. Great product overall!
