Star 12MC Countertop Hot Food Display / Merchandiser with Two Shelves 120V, 550 Watts
This food warmer works great. It is a little smaller than we thought, but it is larger enough for our needs. We use it primarily for pretzels and nacho cheese. We get 12 pretzels in it and then 12 portion containers of nacho cheese on the top shelf. It heats up quickly and has a pretty wide temperature range- controlled by the knob on the front. The lighting works well and is always on when the warmer is turned on.

The pros of this fryer is that it can fit in a tight space and performs well. The two baskets are sufficient for large batches of french fries. The cons are that the small design makes it hard to clean in some areas, particularly between the fat holder and the exhaust flue. Another aspect of cleaning that is difficult is getting all of the oil or cleaning water removed from vat. There lacks a significant slope to the drain spout so you have to lift the unit up to create a slope. This can be dangerous because often the unit is turned on so that oil is not viscous for draining, OR you have had cleaning water boiling during cleaning. So, the unit flue is hot while trying to drain.
