This food warmer works great. It is a little smaller than we thought, but it is larger enough for our needs. We use it primarily for pretzels and nacho cheese. We get 12 pretzels in it and then 12 portion containers of nacho cheese on the top shelf. It heats up quickly and has a pretty wide temperature range- controlled by the knob on the front. The lighting works well and is always on when the warmer is turned on.

Star Max 636TF 36" Thermostatic Control Gas Countertop Griddle - 84,900 BTU
I have purchased 3 of these griddles in the past and they have all performed great under various circumstances. Thermostatic control is a definite plus and encourages more predictable performance.
