The Hobart LXIH-4 High Temperature Dishwasher is a serious piece of equipment. My dishware and glassware come out spotless albeit scolding to the touch. 90 second cycle makes me wish I had one of these at my home.

a very good brand of mixers. with the heavy duty bowl that comes with it, it can mix and mash just about anything like whipped cream and mashed potatos.
