This thing is the workhorse of our kitchen. We use it all day every day, sharpen it once a week, and it always performs. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth the price.

Hobart 2612 12" Manual Meat Slicer 1/2 HP

This slicer is pretty good. Very simple and long lasting. Over the time that we've had it, it has given us no issues. The blade sharpens easily.
