This slicer is easy to clean and it only takes 2 people to move the machine when cleaning. The blade cuts through meat like a hot knife through butter! That's pretty neat!

This is it right here. The ultimate mixer. This is so incredibly durable and strong. You could mix cement in here and still be fine! Expensive, but worth it in the long run.

Hobart 2712 12" Automatic Meat Slicer 1/2 HP

This slicer is very easy to use. The blade is very sharp so keep an eye on your fingers when cleaning however all the safety parts can easily be sent to dishroom.
