Hobart HS7-1 13" Automatic Slicer 1/2 hp - Removable Knife
This slicer works fast and very safely! I love the nice large size and safe cut design!! Cutting yourself on a slicer isnt fun and this Automatic slicer will prevent that from ever happening!

Hobart LXIH-4 High Temperature Undercounter Dishwasher w/ Detergent & Rinse Aid Pump
The Hobart LXIH-4 High Temperature Dishwasher is a serious piece of equipment. My dishware and glassware come out spotless albeit scolding to the touch. 90 second cycle makes me wish I had one of these at my home.
