what a great meat tenderizer, really top of the line. if you want the best this is the way to go. works like a dream, and cleans up super easy. shipping is a bit pricey but worth it.

you can peel some serious root vegetables with this thing. you better have a serious need for potatoes though. but after a while, you will start to see the extreme benefit of having one of these.

Hobart Legacy HSL220-1 220 lb. Spiral Mixer - 208/60/3V

This is it right here. The ultimate mixer. This is so incredibly durable and strong. You could mix cement in here and still be fine! Expensive, but worth it in the long run.
