This cheese is very good and sells great with a couple of different products. We sell it with soft pretzels and with nachos. We keep some in our warmer all the time. The only issue is that if the cups get too warm, they will warp slightly and possibly break the seal on the top. We fixed this by turning down the heat.

You may look at this idea of mixing as more time consuming but think of it like this. Would you rather carry around 100 cases of the half gallon pre-mixed Floss Sugar ? NO because each box weighs 22 lbs and labor to move 100 boxes at 22 lbs would run you about an extra $20 in labor. Not to mention if you were at a large venue your workers would be tired by the start of the day.
