Our restaurant had a single fryer, but when we switched to this 3 split fryer, our life was so much easier! With the left side being a full frypot, it is better for larger orders and the right side being made split, is good for small orders of food.

Frymaster makes a good quality product. Quick release hose is important feature. Frymaster has a great warranty and great customer service. Filters are easy to find.
