  • Victorinox 12" Chef Knife w/ Fibrox Handle

    This is one of the best knives for the money that I have used. I have had 2 for at least ten years, using one commercially and one at home. Be advised, this is a BIG knife. I am a big guy, so it really fits me ergonomically, but those not needing that length may find it a little slow. I find that my 8 1/2" Forschner Chef Knife is much easier to manage for those under 6' tall. Fibrox handle is easy to keep clean and fits my hand well.

  • Victorinox 8" to 10" Knife Blade Cover

    These are nice for travel and the safe keeping and handling of your expensive chef's knives. they are very inexpensive and will protect you and the knife.
