Victorinox 24 Piece Knife Set w/ Fibrox Handles
This is a really great knife set. It has everything in it. From butcher knife to Mellon baller. They are all wast to clean and the knives stay shrapnel for a very long time.

Victorinox 2" Nylon Handle Oyster Knife
This oyster knife might be a bit more expensive than some of the other ones, but it is deffinetly worth it. It is extremely durable.

Victorinox 12" Scimitar Knife w/ Fibrox Handle
I have had this knife for a long time now and I must say it is a great knife. The handle is my favorite one I have in my set it's comfortable and doesn't slip when wet. The blade holds it's edge very well. I swear by this knife when it comes to anything that has to do with butchering or carving. I have used more expensive knives that coworkers have had, and it's my feeling that they have wasted their money.

Victorinox 6" Boning Knife w/ Granton Edge and Fibrox Handle
This is a nice, basic boning knife of classic shape. It is holding up well to frequent use by students. I think the handle could be more comfortable, especially for smaller hands, but overall it's fine.

Norton Combination Fine/Coarse Sharpener Stone
Great sharpening stone for the inexpensive price. Great home use for the small size and quick accesibility. It does a great job for any knives around the house.
