Victorinox 40390 4" x 2 1/2" Solid Grill Turner - Wood Handle
Great turner well made and fexiable, beveled front and smooth action on it. short enough to get into frying pans and small dishes, but not to wide to keep from moveing it around to what you need to pick up. Costs more but well worth the extra money . USA made and stainless steel so it want rust on you. ,ood product, Thanks, Steve W. Dothan, Ala.

Victorinox 44695 4" Galveston Oyster Knife
Best oyster knife used. Didn't find much difference in performance between boston and galveston, length of knife plays a larger part in opening. When compared to shorter oyster knife, realized the length provided more leverage and less wear on hands.

Victorinox 3" Serrated Paring Knife w/ Large Handle
This knife is very sharp and the large handle makes it easy to use. I seem to cut myself less using this knife because of its sharpness and its large handle. I have bought several to give to my kids. Both are large men so the large handle is great for them.
