Victorinox 6" Narrow Flexible Boning Knife w/ Fibrox Handle
Got this and instantly wished I had gotten the 8 inch version. The knife flex is soft and bends with almost no pressure making it easy to hold and fillet with.

Victorinox 40521 10" Chef Knife w/ Fibrox Handle
This knife seems sturdy enough, and does the job of cutting meat and cheese easily. It was very sharp to start with, but now it needs to find someone to sharpen it again. :-)

Victorinox 40390 4" x 2 1/2" Solid Grill Turner - Wood Handle
The only thing keeping me from calling this turner perfect is the wooden handle. I think it actually said dishwasher safe but I don't put wood in the dw. I looked high and low for this particular size. Very pleased.

Victorinox 10" Butcher Knife w/ Granton Edge and Fibrox Handle
These are nice for an establishment that is doing a lot of butchering but the employees don't use their own tools. It is a fairly price sharp knife.
