These holding cabinets are great for keeping back up sauces and soups. This product is heavy duty and can hold a lot of food items to be kept hot!!

Delfield SALD-2 Salad Dryer 20 Gallons 220V
we were tired of the old hand spinning machines so we switched to this delfield product. so happy with its performace, works great and super fast, no more wet lettuce for us.

This is a great frost top display!! Very large size makes displaying items easy!! Good for sorbet and ice cream samples or for cold appetizers!!

Delfield T5 ConvoChill Blast Chiller / Blast Freezer - 44 lb. / 26 lb.
This blast chiller in expensive, but it is absolutely worth the price. I use it as a hardening cabinet for ice creams and sorbets. Works amazingly. Also works great for rapidly cooling soups and sauces.

Great for the money! We have purchased 3 over the last year. No problems yet. Could stand to have a longer warranty, but has not been a issue yet.
