Delfield T5 ConvoChill Blast Chiller / Blast Freezer - 44 lb. / 26 lb.
This blast chiller in expensive, but it is absolutely worth the price. I use it as a hardening cabinet for ice creams and sorbets. Works amazingly. Also works great for rapidly cooling soups and sauces.
