This clear lid from Carlisle is ideal for finding things in the frig fast if your pans are stainless steel! So, for all cold storage items I suggest replacing your lids with these clear ones!

Slate Blue Carlisle PC300N59 Insulated Food Pan Carrier
I started a catering business and had never used one of these before. The first time I used this I was totally amazed on how well it holds in the heat. I used it for an out of state dinner and was delayed 6 hours in a snow storm. When I finally removed the food from the carrier, it was still so hot we could not eat it! Definitely get one of these!

This pitcher is Great. Bought 5 of these in 2009, use them for my wedding that year, then for my husband's birthday party in 2011 and for my niece's party this year, and there are still going strong. No marks or cracks. Love them!
