  • Carlisle CT121624 12" x 16" Standard Plastic Fast Food Tray - Orange

I use these every day as lap trays, as prep trays to hold all my ingredients, and as a work surface when working with messy foods. I took some on a trip to Maine and they were the perfect thing to clean lobsters on (in fact our favorite lobster shack used the same ones). A thousand uses.

  • Carlisle 10735 18 Qt. White Square Carlisle StorPlus Container

This container is a nice size, lightweight but sturdy. It's handy for a variety of products. I chose the white, rather than clear, to store chocolate. I use a grease pencil to label the outside.

  • Forest Green Carlisle Cateraide LD500N08 5 Gallon Insulated Beverage Dispenser

This item is used to hold just about anything Hot or Cold. We have several colors and use them for Regular & Decaf Coffee, Hot Water, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Water and Ice. Although you can use this for soup, the spigot may retain food particles and may have to be disassembled completely and cleaned. I suggest using the LD500nss designed for that purpose. Use different colors for different purposes, also remember use your coffee units for coffee only. Periodically use baking soda to rinse and eliminate odors.

  • Carlisle CM110003 Black 6" Deep Full-Size Coldmaster Cold Food Pan

These work well in holding and serving salads. They are double walled with a gel inside. Put it in the freezer over night and the will last the entire next day. The entire Coldmaster line is a must have for anybody that does catering or buffet lines.

  • Carlisle 0203 Lid for 2 and 3.5 Qt. White Round Containers

We originally had ordered the 2 qt. Square Stor-plus for chocolate storage. Big Mistake. Need and should always use round for solids / harder product and square for dry goods. Well made product at a great price! Check out the RFSC2 by Cambro, it has graduated measurement markings and slightly larger. Either one works great.
