Carlisle 1220FG001 20" x 12" Glasteel White Fiberglass Tray
These are awesome! We were using regular pans in our display cabinet until we discovered these. They don't show up oils or grease as badly as a regular pan, and they're very durable!

Carlisle 1800 18 Qt. White Round Food Storage Container
