Carlisle 10726 22 Qt. Clear Square Carlisle StorPlus Container
The Carlisle brand 'Cambro' container is better than the mainstream name brand. The lid is tight fitting and is secure. These work best for storing dry ingredients, e.g. Flour, Sugar, etc...

Black Carlisle PC300N03 Insulated Food Pan Carrier
This is an Awesome Pan carrier, We use it on all catering jobs - if you pre-heat it , it will hold food at great tempature for well over 6 hours, and it will still be smokin hot !!!!!!

Carlisle CM110003 Black 6" Deep Full-Size Coldmaster Cold Food Pan
These work well in holding and serving salads. They are double walled with a gel inside. Put it in the freezer over night and the will last the entire next day. The entire Coldmaster line is a must have for anybody that does catering or buffet lines.

Carlisle 460906 Beige Polycarbonate Salad Tong 9"
I bought these for our salad bar. They are very inexpensive and I like that you can choose different colors. I was so impressed with them that I plan on ordering several more very soon. I can't say anything about durability since I just purchased them, but they look like they will hold up and they don't cost much so they would be easy to replace if that was the case.
