This pan was a gift and I've found countless ways to use it. I've made coconut, vanilla, and the traditional lemon sweet madeleines, and have just now tried the savory salt and rosemary ones. It isn't until you turn out your little cakes that you see the great shell pattern (see photo). You'll love it.

Very versatile pan. I use it to make mini pumpkin cakes by attaching two cakes together and adding a fondant stem. Very cute for fall cakes.

I love this mini cheesecake pan. It is so easy to make a whole lot of different flavored cheesecakes. Works nicely for no bake or baked cheesecakes.

This Chicago metallic sheet pan is one of my best pans for baking anything you can bake on a flat pan. I do rolls on it that turn out great. I also bake cookies and you can bake alot on at one time and because of the band rim you dont have to worry about them sliding off when you take it out of the oven. Great pan and Great Price!
