LOVE the cambros. We have used this to keep coffee hot for up to 10 hours. At 12 hours it's still warm. We filled it with 1 pot of hot water to start, drained then filled with the coffee, perfect temperature all day.

Cambro Ultra Camcarrier S-Series UPCS400131 Dark Brown Pan Carrier

Truth is this amaing pan carrier gets the job done. Hot or cold I can transport my food safetly to the customer. I use the camcooler which helps bring the temp down, but once there this bad boy will stay cold for hours!!
