Berkel 827A-PLUS 12" Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer 1/2 hp

This slicer is well-designed, easy to take apart and clean, and easy to put back together. And while it's a solid unit, it's not so heavy that I can't move it myself. It's a terrific value and even if I had a larger budget to play with, I'd buy this one again!

Berkel 825E-PLUS 10" Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer 1/4 hp

Good unit for low volume kitchens. Would not recommend for anyone doing serious slicing volume. But if you are carving Turkey or ham once or twice a day. Great Unit.

Berkel 829A 14" Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer 1/2 hp

Absolutely excellent (except the pusher part that touches the food does not come off for cleaning). Other than that this thing has saved us TONS of money. We slice all of our tomatoes, onions, green peppers, chicken breast, ham, turkey etc. on this machine. Nice uniform cuts, always perfect. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong.
