Bakers Pride BCO-E2 Cyclone Series Electric Convection Oven Double Deck
This double deck convection oven is great for banquet cooking where you need to get things in and out of the oven fast. Great space saver too. Good for warming plates and finishing meats in the second.

This is a great portable oven for offsite catering needs. This is a very easy oven to use and great warming oven for when you are bringing already cooked food to your site.

Bakers Pride BCO-E1 Cyclone Series Electric Convection Oven Single Deck
So happy we decided to go with this oven. It's very heavy so be prepared with the necessary gear to be able to transport this upon delivery. It doesn't come with a power cord so just plan on buying that for it. Instructions kind of suck but I called their customer service during install and it literally took 3 minutes to get my question answered. What was my question you ask? "How do you install the power cable." Answer = There is a screw at the top of the control panel on the front right of the oven. Unscrew that screw and you can pull that whole panel out to get to the connections for the power cord. Oven shipped fast. it is plenty big on the inside and comes with mounting parts to stack another oven unit on top of it when needed.

Bakers Pride GDCO-G1 Cyclone Series Gas Convection Oven Single Deck - 60,000 BTU
Great oven for the price, it gets very hot and holds the temperature great. I put wheels on it and it moves very easily to clean behind it. I would recommend this product.
