Bakers Pride GDCO-E1 Cyclone Series Electric Convection Oven Single Deck
This oven heats up fast and works great, I put 5 full size pans in it at a time full of bagels and they all come out great. Took about a week for the new oven smell to go away but I hear that's normal.
