Bakers Pride GP-52 Gas Countertop Oven - 80,000 BTU
We used the Bakers Pride gas countertop oven in the restaurant and let me tell you this oven will get really hot to cook all your pizzas in a flash. Also works great for cooking bread and baking baked pasta dishes. The baking stone surface makes the crust nice and crisp!

Excellent convection oven, plenty of room, and sturdy construction. The inside is easy to clean, and the windows are a good way to see the food without losing heat.
