Ateco 19175 19 1/2" Plastic Rolling Pin (August Thomsen)
This rolling pin is typically used for fondant which is why I bought it however, the size and weight make it great for other uses as well. Because it's so wide I like to use it for pizza dough. It allows me to evenly roll the dough out 18" and still have room at the end of the pin to spare. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

Ateco 1112 12-Pack of Gel Food Color (August Thomsen)
These gel colors are great! They produce very vivid colors with only a small amount of gel. I use these for many products ranging from marzipan to sponge cake.
