This is a nice countertop cooker! I love using it to safely hold hot food cooked in sauce! It works nicely in a breakroom where employees can eat all day as desired!

APW Wyott PD-1A Infrared Freestanding Heat Lamp Display Warmer 120V
I purchased this unit because it was stainless and appeared sturdier than other I researched. It came well packed, wroked perfectly but the welds of the stand are off a bit that it doesn't sit exactly straight and the pan sits at a bit of a tilt. It is sturdy but someone need to talk to the welder...

APW Wyott DW-1A 2 Bulb Freestanding Heat Lamp Display Warmer 120V
This heat lamp is very universal. I kept my buns warm, and I also used it to keep fried meats warm. I would recommend this for the price and it's versatility.
