I love this Cook and Hold. One of the best ovens I've seen. Reliable and well built, has the best door latch mechanism on any piece of equipment that I've seen. Even heat, holds 4 steam pans. If you're on the fence between buying the "economy" oven and this one, you will never regret getting this one!

This double stacked pair of convection ovens are great for banquet prep kitchens! You can cook food in one oven and warm plates in the other!

These are great for adding more storage space in a cabinet unit. They are good replacement items for Alto Shaam warming units. They fit easily on small speed rack units too.
