These are great for catering because they are specifically made for Alto Shaam warmers and holding cabinets! They fit in easily! They are also good racks for resting cooked meats!!

I love this Cook and Hold. One of the best ovens I've seen. Reliable and well built, has the best door latch mechanism on any piece of equipment that I've seen. Even heat, holds 4 steam pans. If you're on the fence between buying the "economy" oven and this one, you will never regret getting this one!
