I use these for my cupcake business. They hold a good amount while I'm frosting. It makes transporting them to the case easier and no worries of the tray bending or giving.

Order this unit to replace a similar designed sized and designed sink which cost considerably more. Sink is of very high quality and looks great. Highly recommend. Best I've seen for the price.

This is a great half sheet pan. It is made out of high quality aluminum. It is a great thickness for insulating. It is machine washable for quick cleaning.
