This sink is amazing, and it perfect in the prep area. We've had it in our kitchen for 12 years, and it is used all day. THe two extensions allow for dirty and clean dishes!

18 Gauge Advance Tabco TT-306 30" x 72" Stainless Steel Work Table with Galvanized Undershelf
You get what you pay for. These tables are very flimsy. And the metal on the top is not smooth. It has a weird striated pattern. Very good for light use, but I cannot decorate cakes on this as I had originally thought.

Advance Tabco 18-8A-13 Half Size Sheet Pan 18 Gauge Aluminum
I bought these pans over a year ago I had no idea what to expect, but reviews were good and the price was unbeatable, even with shipping fees. I bake regularly and use these for beautifully browned loaves of baguettes and rustic breads, and for every kind of cookie. I keep the sheets stored in the plastic sleeves they were shipped in and there are almost no scratches, and no dents at all. They wash easily in hot soapy water. I recommend using half sheet parchment paper (available in packages of 100 on this site) which makes the baking process and the cleaning process that much easier. Regardless, you'll be very happy with these.

Two of these carts are being used in a kitchen that feeds 650+ meals each day. They are sturdy and you can customize the distance between shelves. It is metal so hot pots and pans will not damage, it takes a little work to clean when it gets dirty due to the wire rack design.
