when it comes to prep sinks these are a must have gives you a prep side and deep sink to wash produce. i recomend this sink to everyone

Advance Tabco 4-43-60 Three Compartment Stainless Steel Commercial Sink - 60"
This sink is very deep and each compartment is wide. A lot of space for baking pans, just make sure you have a faucet that can reach each compartment. Very sturdy.
