Avantco GRID-16 16" Electric Countertop Griddle 120V
I got this griddle today and after cleaning, I used it in my home for 4.5 hours. I made enough food for twenty meals and cleaning in took only a few minutes. I may only use it a couple times a month, but it is a huge time saver. I am not a professional chef, so I am not sure, but it took 25 minutes to reach 350 degrees Farenheit, and that seems slow. On the other hand, it is a thick (3/8") cooking surface. It took about 45 minutes to reach 570 F. Putting cold food on the cook surface drops the temperature and it takes a few minutes to come back up. In a really busy restaurant, I am not sure this would be the best choice. It is a 110v model and that is a lot to expect for the power it uses. For my use, I absolutely love it.

Avantco MX20 Gear Driven 20 Qt. Commercial Mixer w/ Guard - 110V
We bought this mixer for breads, foccia and pastries. It is the perfect size and extremely powerful! The operation is quiet...we definitely couldn't be happier.

Avantco SL512 12" Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer 1/2 hp
We been using this slicer for about seven months. A bearing went after a couple months in the table that slides back and forth, it still works fine. It just makes alittle noise.

Avantco 24 Hot Dog Roller Grill 120V
After being greeted by hotdogs cooking on a rolling grill similar to this one at my brother's house at a party recently I decided I had to have one. First I bought a used one off of Craigslist for $150. When we got it it didn't work and we returned it. I decided to buy a new one and looked at everything I could find on the Internet. This Advantco met my size and budget so I decided to try it. I bought it for the lunchroom at work with the plans of taking it home when we had a party. Well - we use it about three times a week at work and we entertain so much it was going to be a hassle to haul it back and forth from work every weekend so - yep. I bought another one for home. This unit is attractive, easy to clean and adds an element of fun from putting on the dogs to the conversation it generates by the users. I love it ... and hope it lasts!

Avantco SL310 10" Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer 1/4 hp
One of the best purchases I've made. Best price on or off line. works great, easy to clean and maintain. I would recommend this to anyone but a deli, it is not HD enough for extreme use, but works well on a daily light use basis.
