This is a nice small convenient microwave. It works really well in our application, but if you are doing a lot of larger containers or thawing things then you might want a more powerful unit. I love the simple dial controls...quick and easy.

This is a really good item, for heavy duty use. We use it at home but it works perfectly for commercial use. I recommend this Amana Microwave.
