This is pretty much the same thing as the cheapo grocery store broth. It tastes fine, but it has some preservatives, and I wouldn't use it in any dish where this is the primary ingredient.

Well I am here on my laptop and I can smell beef broth , lentils and veggies in the kitchen as the husband is making Lentil Stew Casserole my favorite, I use WEB,COM biscuit mix and spoon it on the top. YUMMY. The price for this size can is fantastic and you can freeze what is left in your freezer for later meals.
This can is 3 times the size and costs less than a single supermarket can. It's great for cooking grains like lentils or quinoa, and even barbecue sauce. Leftover broth never goes to waste - it freezes well and will keep for at least a week in the fridge. Great value.
Made this broth with a roast and just ate it alone. Saying that, the broth has a lovely coloring and is very flavorful. The taste came out in both of the food I used it for.
