The ramekin's 3 oz. capacity makes it the perfect size to serve your signature sauce. Its composition also contains less silica and at least 50% more alumina oxide than comparable dinnerware materials, creating a much harder and denser body. The proprietary material formula produces a thinner profile with greater durability than traditional china.
