With its specially designed frame and 34" high work surface, this True 48 3/8" ADA height refrigerated sandwich prep table with two doors is ADA compliant and a great, sensible addition to any modern kitchen! This unit boasts an 11 3/4" deep polyethylene cutting board for plenty of prep space. It is also removable for easy cleaning. Its refrigerated top section comes standard with eight 1/6 size, 4" deep pans to house all of your most-used ingredients. Still, it can accommodate pans up to 8" deep for toppings that you frequently have to refill. To lock in freshness when not in use, this model also features a foam-insulated lid and hood. Includes four heavy-duty adjustable-coated wire shelves that let you easily organize other ingredients in the refrigerated cabinet.

This unit boasts a stainless steel front, top, and ends. The silver interior aluminum liner with stainless steel floor with coved corners makes cleaning hassle-free. Easily load and unload items with the 12" recessed door handles and the doors' convenient stay-open feature.

This refrigerated prep table uses a 1/3 hp refrigeration system, and it runs on R-290 refrigerant, which has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0 and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 3. Full-body, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintains 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to help further improve efficiency as the cabinet retains cold air. The oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system provides uniform temperature control giving you years of reliable service. A set of 4" casters makes it easy to move the refrigerator when it's time for cleaning or maintenance. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
