True TSD-33 Solid Slide 2 Door Bottom Mount Reach-In Refrigerator Product details

This True TSD-33 two solid slide door reach-in refrigerator contains 6 adjustable, heavy- duty, vinyl-coated wire shelves, (the lowest of which is "no stoop") and casters. The 2 solid slide doors on the TSD-33 are self closing and ride on a stainless steel V-channel with stainless steel bearings, handles are 12" molded plastic. It uses a bottom-mounted, oversized, balanced, (134A) refrigeration system to hold temperatures between 33 degrees and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the True TSD-33 consists of a 300- series stainless steel front, grill and shrouds, and anodized aluminum ends. The interior is NSF-approved, white, vinyl-coated aluminum and a 300-series stainless steel floor with coved corners. The True TSD-33 also has an exterior temperature monitor. Overall dimensions for this unit are 39 1/2"W x 29 1/2"D x 78 1/4"H, which does not include 5" for the casters. This True TSD-33 comes with a one year parts and labor warranty and an additional four years on compressor only (no labor). This product is also known as TSD33 and TSD 33.

We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the following tips:

(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.

(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.

(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.

(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
