Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. This True TRCB-52-60 refrigerated chef base makes it easy to increase productivity by keeping your refrigerated ingredients and cooking equipment in one, convenient location! It boasts two durable drawers that each hold three full size 4" deep food pans (sold separately) of your most-used items, while an oversized, forced-air refrigeration system provides even cooling and years of reliable service. Thanks to its heavy duty reinforced stainless steel cabinet top, you can also stack up to 717 lbs. of cooking equipment right on top of the unit, saving you valuable floor space. After pricing out other suppliers for what is a fairly large equipment purchase, learned that Webstaurant had the best price available on this unit -- Bravo! We needed something to expand refrigeration in a space-challenged kitchen, and this fit the bill. After about 6 months of use, the unit did start to run fairly loud, but that is really my only complaint. It keeps our food cold and is easy to clean. Will hold a total of 4 full size hotel pans (I wish the unit came with the pan dividers to break the space into smaller pans, but they are separate. Overall, a good unit.
