True TM-24F 1 Door Top Mounted Reach-In Freezer Product details

This True TM-24F one door reach-in freezer contains 3 adjustable, heavy-duty, PVC- coated shelves, door locks and castors. It uses an oversized, top-mounted refrigeration system (R404A) to reach a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The door of the True TM- 24F is self-closing, with lifetime-guaranteed hinges and a torsion-type closure system. It also has a lifetime guarantee on the recessed door handle. The exterior of the True TM-24F consists of 300-series stainless steel door and front and anodized aluminum ends. The interior has NSF-approved, white, aluminum sides and top, and 300-series, stainless steel floor with coved corners. The True TM-24F has an automatic defrost system timed- initiated, temperature- terminated and automatic evaporator fan motor delay, during the defrost cycle. It has a digital, exterior- mounted thermometer. Overall dimensions of the True TM-24F are 27"W x 29 1/2"D x 78 1/4"H, which does not include 5" for castors. The True TM-24F comes with one year parts and labor warranty and an additional four years on compressor only (no labor). This product is also known as TM 24F, TM24F, TRU TM 24F,and TRUETM 24F.

(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.

(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.

(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.

(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
