This helps to improve overall energy efficiency and extend the life of the dipping cabinet.
Thanks to its powerful, 1/3 hp compressor, the True THDC-6 horizontal ice cream dipping cabinet's cold wall refrigeration system maintains temperatures between -10 and 8 degrees Fahrenheit. The dipping cabinet's internal temperatures are also regulated by its foamed-in-place, Ecomate high density polyurethane insulation, which has zero ozone depletion potential.
