The True THDC-2SF horizontal ice cream dipping cabinet also features an innovative condenser fan system, which reverses the fan motor during defrost off cycles, to keep the condenser coil free of dirt, dust, and debris. This helps to improve overall energy efficiency and extend the life of the digging cabinet.

Thanks to its powerful, 1/4 hp compressor, the True THDC-2SF horizontal ice cream dipping cabinet's cold wall refrigeration system maintains temperatures between - 10 and 8 degrees Fahrenheit. The dipping cabinet's internal temperatures are also regulated by its foamed-in-place, Ecomate high density polyurethane insulation, which has zero ozone depletion potential.

The True THDC-2SF horizontal ice cream dipping cabinet is UL and NSF Listed, and has a 115/60/1 electrical rating. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and details.

The HFF-2 includes a stainless steel top and flip- top lid, plus a bottom drain for easy defrosting.
