The TCGR-50-CD has one,
cantilevered, lighted,
stainless mezzanine shelf,
and maintains a consistent
38 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit
temperature.
There is a self-contained,
environmentally friendly (CFC-
free) 134A refrigeration unit
on the TCGR-50-CD, and it has
standard white laminate
panels on front and sides,
plus a stainless steel top.
The TCGR-50-CD is NSF-7
certified to hold open food
