The exterior of the True TCGR-
50 has black Formica and a
stainless steel top. The
interior is NSF approved,
white vinyl coated aluminum
sides and top, coved corners
and a high impact plastic
floor. It uses an oversized
(134A) refrigeration system
to hold temperatures between
38 degrees and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
This True TCGR-
50 has an insulated, double
pane curved glass front that
provides extra large viewing
area. It is a self-contained
unit. It has a vented kick
plate that allows front
breathing. It has a recessed
light switch and thermostat.
This True TCGR-50 unit is
designed to operate in an
environment not to exceed 75 degrees
fahrenheit and 55% relative humidity.
The 2 rear doors are self-
closing. Its overall
