This bakery case comes with three shelves for optimum merchandising potential, and two doors let you easily change or rotate stock. The front glass section also lifts up to a 100 degree angle so you can precisely reorganize your most popular items to the front and center.

To maintain temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit without drying out your products, this bakery case utilizes a 1/2 hp compressor, foamed-in-place insulated, and 134A refrigerant. And thanks to its slanted design, you can be sure your customers will get a full view of all of your fine goods.
