True T23-DT 1 Section Dual Temp Reach-In Freezer/Fridge Combo Product details

This True T23-DT reach-in freezer/fridge combo has 2 swinging doors and 3 adjustable, heavy-duty, white, vinyl-coated wire shelves. The True T23-DT features a refrigerator on top and a freezer on the bottom. It uses an oversized (134A refrigerator/ R404A freezer) refrigeration system and holds temperatures 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in the refrigerator and -10 degrees Fahrenheit for the freezer. The True T23-DT also has a large evaporator coil that permits a short defrost cycle. The exterior of the True T23-DT freezer consists of a stainless steel front and aluminum-finished ends, back, and top. The interior is NSF- approved, white, vinyl- coated aluminum and has a 300- series stainless steel floor. This True T23-DT comes with 4" swivel casters, door locks, dual, exterior mounted, digital temperature monitors. The overall dimensions for this 19 cubic foot unit are 27"W x 29 1/2"D x 78"H. Height does not include 5" for casters. This True T23-DT comes with a one year warranty on all parts, a one year on labor and an additional four years on compressors only (no labor). We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the following tips:

(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.

(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.

(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.

(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
