The True Spec Series two section solid door roll-in heated holding cabinet makes it easy to store pan racks with dimensions up to 27" x 29" x 66", providing them with stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food. Its low velocity fans ensure even temperature distribution, keeping the cabinet between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. One stainless steel heating element and two solid stainless steel doors provide excellent heat retention and recovery. An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy. This heating cabinet's positive seal, self-closing doors have a convenient 120 degree stay-open feature, making it easy to load carts in.

This model comes with (2) 4 1/4" deep loading ramps for effortless entry and exit. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide long-lasting durability. For easy product identification, the interior is equipped with bright incandescent lighting. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). It is not designed to heat ambient or cold products. This unit requires a 120 / 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
