True Refrigeration STR2HPT-2G-2S Details

The True Spec Series two section glass front, solid back door pass-through heated holding cabinet connects the front and back of the house, while providing stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food. Its low velocity fans ensure even temperature distribution, keeping the cabinet between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. One stainless steel heating element and four double pane, low-E insulated glass doors provide excellent heat retention and recovery. An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy. This heating cabinet's positive seal, self-closing doors have a convenient 120 degree stay-open feature for ease of use, making it easy to pass food from the kitchen to the serving staff.

This model comes with (4) 5" casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide long-lasting durability. For easy product identification, the interior is equipped with bright incandescent lighting. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). This heating cabinet comes equipped with six adjustable chrome shelves. It is not designed to heat ambient or cold products. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
